Lightmoor, Telford.

Former brickworks, disused since the 1960’s. The site consisted of a series of concrete hardstandings, derelict structures (former kilns, chimney and steel framing), and clay and brick rubble mounds.

The care home development is completed and 55 houses are currently being built.

The care home has been designed specifically for older people whose needs arise from dementia. Each of the 75 bed rooms has en-suite facilities and all rooms are laid out in a homely, attractive style. The health and wellbeing of all service users is extremely important with great importance being placed on healthy eating, freshly prepared from the onsite kitchen.

The comfortable surroundings enables service users to live as comfortable a life as possible.
