Iron Park, Walsall.

Iron Park is  a business park scheme that will be borne out of the regeneration of 11.25 hectares of poor quality land. Not only will this convert a neglected area into a financially viable scheme with improved property values in the area, but will also bring land back into use that had been unused for over 30 years.

The proposed development extends to 488,000 sq ft  and plans have been approved by Walsall Metropolitan Borough Council (WMBC). By developing the land for industrial use, the site will deliver opportunities for new employment with socio-economic benefits for the area including enterprise and business development, commercial property provision, environmental improvement and local area renewal. The scheme also delivers long term employment and up-skilling and improved canal side and scheme landscaping.

The site is immediately adjacent to the Black Country New Road and is one of the few sites in the area capable of supporting over 450,000 sq ft of commercial space, making it one of the biggest speculative developments underway in the West Midlands.
